Hello, my name is Alicia Contreras-Donello, Democratic Candidate for Maryland’s District 14. I have spent nearly 20 years proudly serving the United States domestically and abroad as a U.S. Diplomat and Foreign Service Officer with the United States Agency for International Development. A proud first-generation Mexican-American and public servant, I’m ready to bring that same commitment as Delegate for Maryland District 14, where I will fight for world-class education, safe and healthy communities, a thriving economy, and a government worthy of the people it serves. If elected, I will be the first Latina to represent this beautiful, diverse district.

BUILDING TOMORROW-TOGETHER
Maryland stands at a pivotal moment. We have the talent, institutions, and values to lead—but we must modernize how we educate our children, grow our economy, keep our communities safe and healthy, and govern in a rapidly changing world.
My platform builds on proven Democratic leadership in Maryland and Montgomery County, including the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future, while offering a forward-looking vision centered on strong schools, resilient communities, and economic growth that works for everyone in District 14 and across Maryland.
Support Alicia’s Vision!
Alicia has spent nearly two decades in public service because she believes government should be a force for opportunity, dignity, and real results. As the daughter of immigrants and a longtime community advocate, she knows that strong communities don’t happen by accident. They’re built, together, through integrity, hard work, and care for the next generation. Your contribution helps Alicia bring that same commitment home and build a brighter future for all of us, together.
